Wikipedia lists nine, though they haven't yet added "Bonnie Sue," which would make 10. Is 10 accurate? (Note that I'm asking U. S.-only, not Australia, New Zealand or...uh, Uganda? Also, airworthy/flying, not "parked and could-fly-if-we-wanted-it-to.")

One of the examples in the Wikipedia list, 44-7983 (N9950), is the P-40N that is owned by David Arnold (Skyfire), which has been "stored" for many years (like some other vintage aircraft/warbirds tied to that owner, including the combat-vet P-51D "Mary Mine").

Oh definitely, there are many more P-40's than that, flying in the US, but those are the only P-40N's flying in the US (in respect to answering the original thread question).

However, I could add one more to the list that I provided above - a John Davis, in Colorado, is the registered owner of P-40N 42-104977 (N587VD) - previously in Australia as VH-MIK when owned by Mike Spaulding - however I don't know if it has been flying in the US yet. (The same Mr. Davis also purchased, last year, the Harvard that used to be operated by the Minnesota Wing of the CAF.)

Just for the heck of it, here is a list of all of the P-40's that have flown, world-wide, in recent months/years (and that are either currently able to fly or are receiving attention to fly ASAP):
