It's a toss up between "Flying Flea," "Roc," and "Puss Moth."

Peacemaker. Works both as a plane name and a firearm name.

'Nuff said.

"Charlene"-it was good enough for Gomer Pyle aka Leonard Lawrence
in Full Metal Jacket.

I always thought "Spitfire" was the greatest name for a fighter, although I much prefer P-47s. "Thunderbolt" is a darn good name too.

Name I saw in a photo of a 506th FG Mustang on Iwo Jima:

"The Enchantress"

Best ever name for a warbird.
