can anyone tell me when and where? I looked through the last issue and couldn't find a snippet about it, and I want to participate this year.

It's not obvious ~ but it is there on the web site
Naviagtion path ~ home page > photos > photo contest
( The link is tucked away under the page title ~ so its easy to over look )

Attn: All Warbirds of America WIX'ers
By all means, please get your entries in for the WOA photo contest.
As the rules explain in the above posting, the deadline is the 28th of February. We get some great photos every year and the winners appear in the August issue of the Warbirds magazine.
