It's also titled "Sky Bandits". I can't find a copy on any site I've checked. This is not to be confused with the "Sky Bandits" that was made in 1938 which there are numerous copies of.
I'll keep looking. If I find anything, I'll post it. Please do the same if any of you find it. I'd like to see it.
