... and only 4 hours in a Corsair. Good pilot, like to know who he was. Something similar happened to the ole man, but not as dramatic as this one.

Mark,

I checked the accident reports & it wasn't there. I guess since he landed without a scratch there was no need to write it up. I wonder if maybe it was written up in the Naval Aviation News?
