The notice is on the TVAL Facebook page too, and their Twitter account - which wasn't loading after the image went up - is now gone completely.

This to clarify what Zac said, their Twitter account appears to have been closed. It only posted links to their Facebook posts in any case. Their Facebook page is still present, although the only activity since last week is updating their cover photo to be the notice.
