Eric,

Superb photography as always. The Jug is my favorite, and more so since I have had the honor of maintaining, several years ago when it was based in Eden Prarie, MN with Planes of Fame, the P-47 named "Big Chief". I am hopeful yet that Thunder Over Michigan will again play host to more of this great bird. I was very hopeful that the FOUR that had been listed for last years event would have been there together. But THREE is always a pleasent surprise as well. It would be nice to see something like they had at Chino, I believe, when they assembled FIVE Thunderbolts in flight. :::sigh::: Wishful thinking on my part

Great shots Airic! Love the 1st one, an imposing impression of a gaggle of
Jug-trouble looking to give their foe a verrrry bad day! The last shot of
Hurricane is absolutely perfect...what a beauty she is!!

Now with 2 German tanks, 2 AT guns and about 100 German reenactors, the two Thunderbolts should have a lot of good targets, for this years battle!
