Accident Investigation by YouTube is bad for everyone.

Well, Gryder is a little harsh to some but the VAC guys really screwed up. They give the appearance of not having a culture of excellence, professionalism, or safety. The FAA demands a culture of safety.

IF the pilot knew he had a significant leak, that accusation might stick to him. I don't see how anyone else should be implicated.

Especially when the “investigator” hasn’t even talked with those involved.

I take whatever he says with caution ever since watching his dissection of the 909 crash, where he said that, without a shadow of a doubt, they had landed wheels-up.
