Curtiss P-36 Identity

Can anyone identify/verify the serial number, location, and timeframe for this P-36? The "102" on the tail and fuselage would seem to indicate this is s/n 38-102, but I haven't been able to confirm that. The photo source says it was taken at Barksdale Field, LA the summer of 1941, but the "92ED" on the tail indicates it was assigned to the 92nd School Squadron which was at Craig Field, AL. Any help or leads would be appreciated.

Here are two more photos from the same shoot, I also have them tagged as being taken at Barksdale.the hangar looks like the ones built there in 1934.
