Curtiss Wright historic seal
Many people have never heard of this Company combining the two Giants.
I have the large, tall hand-press embossing seal.

At that time Mercedes Benz automobiles were distributed by Studebaker-Packard.
Studebaker had a relationship with CW of somesort.
Perhaps the connection lies there?
