Our 51, SBD, C-45, Zero, Kate, and SNJ are coming, but I am not. Maybe I should rethink this.

Looks like my adult supervision (wife) & I will be going down to the show. For those you have been to this show before, can you suggest a good place to stay close to the base? I have not spent much time in the Macon area since I was a kid, so I could use some advice on this. Thanks fellers.

I have customers there. Rule #1, don't spell your customer's name wrong!

It was hard for me to get it right as well since I have a bunch of family named Robbins.

Speaking of spelling customer's names wrong. I used to work in the engineering department at NAS Atlanta. It would really gall me when architects and engineers whom we had hired to do work spelled the station name as "Navel Air Station Atlanta".

I'll probably be there on Sunday to see an old squadronmate who is flying with the Thunder-clones.

WIX gathering?

Randy, when do you leave the country?
Does this mean we get better overseas reports?

I report to Lakenheath in October.

I'll have my hands full just seeing the basic stuff (Duxford, Hendon), much less getting the inside scoop!! Perhaps I'll turn all uppity and only visit the FlyPast forum??

:)
