My thoughts as well. The H-19D (history below) started at 20K and is now on eBay at 15K or offer. Zoom in close to the images and you can see the extensive corrosion on its magnesium skin. Sadly, this one will be lucky to end up as a prop at a paintball park for a couple grand.
H-19D, S/N 55-4944 (c/n 55996) delivered to U.S. Army 08/02/1956. To civil market as N37800, modified by Orlando Helicopter Airways for agricultural application. To C&W Ag Air, West Fulton, NY, April 1979. It suffered a hard landing following loss-of-power in 1986 and again in 1992, the latter resulting in “substantial damage” with the main rotor chopping off the tail boom.
