I'm putting together a bit of a diorama and I'm looking for some photographs that would make it easy to make a good simple diorama of a WWII US Air base in England - maybe a sample fighter base and a bomber base - that could be used for figuring out where things should be laid out and what kind of buildings and accessories should be present.

The 8th AF Museum in Savannah also has a large diorama of the actual B-17 base at Dennethorpe.

WOW - that is a large, small scale diorama ?? Looks great though.
Although not at all what you are asking for, I have some photos of a diorama we have of the flight line area of Wendover (being neither in England or a fighter base). :D
