Below are some photos I took today at the SAC Museum. The B-29 is parked outside in back while the T-29 is being painted. There is also the C-54 and EC-135 parked out back as well. No sign of the C-133. Even stopped by the previous location in Bellvue. Does anyone know what happened to their C-133?

Here is a link to the rest of the photos I took.

Thanks for looking.

WHEW !!!!

Putting that beast back together must be a heck of a job !!! Unzipping the upper fuselage from the lower must have proven quite a challenge !!

What I find hard to believe is that they could stop a C-124 with expander tube brakes!

Thanks for the info Sasnak. I'm glad it didn't go to scrap.
Does anyone know what happened to the B-52 gate guard at the current museum? All that remains is the concrete blocks it used to sit on.

Man they really have that EC-135 ripped up too!

( I was stationed at Offutt in Omaha )

They going to use that as "looking glass" I would assume? I was stationed there when they switched the duty over to those pesty Naval fellows on the TACAMO planes while there. Hated to see the Glass go, but times they a change.
