Has there ever been any talk of recovering Yamamoto's Betty? I know some small components have been grabbed. Just Curious.

Good Afternoon,

from all acounts of what I have read....just on a personal level of course....that the site and wreckage of this airframe is to be left intact where it crashed. More of a tribute to Yamamoto himself as a shrine of sorts I believe. Nevertheless....I think speculation will never end on this one as the years progress.

Just my two cents as they are of course.

Paul
