Another one needing information help.

Dear Mr Krumrei

Is there a way to find a readble MACR with Nr 12553? I have a copy of this file but it's unreadble. .
At the AFL they gave me an address from Mr . Tom Culbert of AIRC.
I have try to contact him but got no response . Maybe you know this Mr Culbert ?
If this is so is it possible to ask him if he got an beter copy of this MACR 12553
