The AF Museum is looking to obtain one Aero 1C 150 gal drop tank. It's for a static display so need only appear complete externally. I think there would be options for charitable donation, trade, or outright sale. I can connect you with the Restoration Chief ....
The tank was used on the A-1, A-4, A-7 and others. The link shows an example of an Aero 1C, not to be confused with the 1D (300 gallons).
