It looks like an Il-14 to me.

Hmmm,

Maybe a C-123 ?? Or perhaps a Convair 240/340/440 variant ?? The pointy nose suggests otherwise, and I am guessing about the C-123 based on the high wing and Air Force insignia.

Anyone else ??

Forgot to add in my original posting, that it has already been suggested elsewhere to be a Vickers Varsity. However I'm not sure about this.

You're quite correct. It is indeed a Varsity T1, a bit of Googling tells me that it's WF382, probably part of the Berlin-based Deutsches Technikmuseum collection.

I'll have to give myself a severe talking to for missing that one, as it's a type that I know well having flown in Duxford-based WJ945 on several occasions in the late-70s and early-80s. Sadly, WJ945 has been grounded for many years now and none of the type are still flying.

One was flying in the USA until 1983, but was badly damaged in a landing accident. http://aviation-safety.net/database/rec ... 19831211-0

The other two aircraft look like a Fouga Magister and a Dassault Mystere IV.
