Lockheed Constellation news

Check Ralph Peterson's site www.conniesurvivors.com/1-connie_news.htm for an update on the Constellation on display in Colorado Springs,Co. There are 2 photos of the interior of the plane that are worth taking a look at. Also an interesting report by Mr Peterson of his visit to the KC-97 restaurant also there in Colorado.

That's good stuff. I've never been there but I really enjoyed that website.
Of particular interest I like the report on R7V-1 BuNo 131644 (Pegasus). I never knew that wreck existed. Wondering if we'll ever see it recovered?

Seems pretty doubtful. There are several Connies in the US that are rotting away waiting for someone to some them some care.
