I have taken my best shot at the New Jersey Locator. You can find it at...
http://www.aerialvisuals.ca/Locator.html#USA_NJ

I have a few questions...

#1: Is there a C-141 displayed at McGuire AFB?

#2: Is there a branch of the Yankee Air Force in Fairfield?

#3: Is there an A-4 is a "Ewing Memorial Park" in Teterboro?

#4: Is there a Connie in West Milford?

As with all sections of the Locator, if there is anything missing you know about, feel free to let me know.

Mike

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

Concerning NAS Lakehurst, I believe the gate guard is a F-11, not a RA-5C. I'll double check my files tonight.

Bill.

I just says the Connie is in storage. Does anyone know who has it stored?

Yes, the Connie is at Greenwood Lake Airport. Was flown in many years ago, and thik its part or was part of a restaurant. Was offered up to NJ museums a few years ago, but none bit.

Thanks Kevin. I am having trouble finding the Greenwood Lake Airport. What is close-by?

Regarding the A-4 in Ewing Memorial Park:

When I was working in West Trenton/Ewing NJ several years ago, I believe there was an A-4 displayed at the near-by Mercer County Airport. However, one day I was surprised to pass by the site, and find that the A-4 was no longer there. It seems reasonable to conclude that the Township of Ewing took possession of this A-4 and placed it in their park.

The below link offers additional evidence for this conclusion.

That is the same site that tipped me off to the move of the A-4. I just can't find the location of the park it is in now. If you happen to know I would like to hear from you.

RE: A-4

The weblink I referenced in my earlier post stated that the park is located next to Ewing Twp's new municipal building. FYI, the address of that building is 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing Township, New Jersey.

Hope this helps!
