A must see for the aviation enthusiast. Jimmy Stewart was a lot more than just an actor. Not only did he fly B-17's on WW2 missions, but he alsoretired as Brigadier General from the Air Force reserve in 1969. In this flick, he plays a former pilot, now a baseball pitcher 9n post Korea America. He is recalled and flies the B-36, then later a B-47. Great authenticity, great look at great planes. Four stars out of five.
