Hello,

I recently got a hold of a CF100 Martin Baker Mk2e ejection seat (dated 1959) that I'd like to restore somewhat to look authentic. Martin Baker has told me that they don't stock parts or retain manuals once a new seat is in production. I am hoping to track down at least a maintenance/owners manual to see what parts are missing, what they look like, as well as the part stock numbers and go from there. I am primarily interested in replacing the missing upper ejection pull/handle and face screen. I expect to have to get some parts fabricated, which I assume would be easier to do with maintenance manual diagrams.
Any information and or detailed photos would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks,
Dave

I have a manual and parts listing for a Mk1E which has been used for my Mk1E restoration. It should be the same as yours except for the addition of a barostatic release and different drogue gun on your seat.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Dave/Chris,

I'm glad to make contact with someone else who is restoring a Clunk seat. Mine is pretty stripped down. Contact me and hopefully we can compare some notes.

Cheers,
