Welcome to the trans-global aviation parts market. If you have aviation related items to sell (parts, whole aircraft, or even flying squirrels) or if you need to buy something then post a message here.

I have updated my website with parts and pieces.

Also, to clarify for some WIXer's, I do ship overseas, but with certain restrictions. I do not accept paypal from anybody outside of the US unless I have done business with the person in the past, or they receive a thumbs up from any of my numerous "representatives" in other countries. Basically, if you have done bad business elsewhere, I won't do ANY business with you. I'm sorry to have to impugn the integrity and good faith of people outside of the US- I truly believe that most people in the world are good and want to do business in an honest and up front fashion. But there are a number of scammers out there who have the distance of an ocean between themselves and my "collection" techniques, and that leaves me no recourse if a transaction goes sour. Please do not take my precautionary practices as being a bar to business.
If you will look to my associates here on the WIX, I really am doing this to keep warbirds flying and want to help restorations around the globe. If I can be of any service to you, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi, I hate to say it but I have had that situation too although my problem was an american actually. the weay around this that I found was the propogation of reliable friends overseas to get what I want. I then repay them with things like opals which I can get easily and cheaply here.
who said the barter system doesn't work? it's got me books completely unavailable here in australia from england and america and other points far away.
so if you find anything here you want and it is within my range say so mate, I'll grab it and then you can go on the scrounge for my library.

Hi Guys, like you I also got burned once by a scam artist, then I found UPS COD door delivery service, works like magic.
You can browse the UPS web site and it shows you the way it is done, then call your local UPS office and they will send someone round to explain the whole show with the +/- of the service, and they operate almost worldwide.
The plus factor is they will even cover the customs formalities for your buyer, the minus factor is if the buyer don't pay, they send the item back to you for a "fee".
They will also provide you with their tariff, so you can let your buyer know the Total cost, sans duty/tax if any, and no surprises.
One thing you must know, they wll not handle anything they consider to be D.G., (Dangerous Goods) that includes parts which have fuel/oil/hydraulic oil, etc contamination, you have to make sure it is clean and well packed, but apart from that it is a good reliable service.
hope this helps you both.

That's good to know about UPS. I do enough shipping with them that I need an account, and haven't been doing it because I'm too busy looking for parts! Jeffrey, appreciate your offer, and maybe I'll have occasion to use it.
Good stuff today- B17 and B24 items, and got to meet Jay Wisler.
Why aren't there more Japanese aircraft items in Australia?
