Grumman F9F-2-4-5 Dive Brake Cylinder Assembly

A friend recently came across a pair of Grumman F9F Dive Brake Cylinder Assemblies, one new in the box, the other without any documentation.
The used one:
He would like to sell them, but has no idea what they may be worth-- any input greatly appreciated-- not looking to make a mint, but would like to find a proper home on someone's Panther restoration.
