Illuminated panel question

Does anyone know of any companies or museums etc that may have the black painted plexiglass panels for the F101 voodoo series? Any information would be great! Short of trying to hand trace the one I am missing, if anyone has a drawing or other that could be loaned etc I would greatly appreciate it.
