Tradewinds Closed?

Anyone know the story on Tradewinds Aviation here in San Antonio? Went by last week and they are locked up. Been sold?? C-47 and Lodestar parts still there, but gate chained shut.

Tradewinds has been purchased, lock stock and barrel by Basler of Wis.
