I contacted a few aircraft museums for the headrest for my seat. I finally got lucky with one in Canada who supplied me with a damaged but displayable headrest for a small donation. Other parts I found on ebay or barnstormers.com. Took a few years to get all the stuff I needed to complete the seat. Sorry I couldn't be any more help, but let me know if you need any pictures or schematic drawings if you get stuck.
