Post subject:  T-6 Forward Fuselage Tube Frame Needed

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a T-6 fuselage chrome molybdenum welded steel tube frame. I need one in good condition to be used in a flyable restoration project.

The frame does not have to include the Gunner's Seat brace tubes and socket.

I do need a North American Aviation built example with the overturn pylon tubes in an "N" shape as shown in the diagram and not a Canadian built example with an "X" shaped structure.

I've called Lance and all his need work and repairs.

PM me any info or just post it here, Thanks in advance for any leads or sources,

Vincent

Just to clarify, both NAA and Noorduyn/CC&F-built tubulars have both styles of roll-over pylons.

Early AT-6/SNJ's had the 'X' pattern, and the later ones had the 'N' pattern. (not sure when the switch took place, though)
Harvard Mk II's and IIB's have the 'X' pattern and the Mk 4's have the 'N' pattern.
