We get all of our Harvard exhaust parts from Acorn Welding in Edmonton.

They have the part number as 66-42053-4 instead of -10, but it should be the same.

Looking into it further, the -10 suffix is for the complete tail pipe assembly for the Mk 4, whereas the -4 is the tail pipe itself for the Mk II and Mk 4.
Acorn also has 66-42054 which is the curved end piece (part 31 in the diagram)
