I'll give some background before the details.
Every Thanksgiving (that Friday and Saturday) I go Hunting with Family at a farm that is owned by my wives cousins. So this year there was an a/c flying very low over use most of Friday. A cousin said he was doing the same Thursday. Not having my Binoculars I could not get the Numbers of the a/c, not wanting to be scoping the a/c (not a good idea sense it was most likely filled with State funded Eco-Nazis). So Saturday the same a/c was watching us again. This time we got the info of the a/c. it was N4342Y. I looked it up on the FAA site and it is registered to a T E A C Consulting LCC out of Wilmington, Delaware. It was a Piper PA-32R-301.
Has anyone heard of this Company? I assume it is contracted to the NYS DEC but I don’t know. Does anyone know how I could go about finding this out? It is irritating to be buzzed but someone for hours when gutting out my legal deer harvest (and no it does not take me hours to gut my deer). But they may also be tracking a moose that is in that area also, Unlike Maine moose tracking gives people in NY a job. A relative new curiosity here in this state.
