These two women obiviously have a beef with each other. As the one woman at the podium walks back she smacks the other woman sitting down in the back of her head with a magazine or papers.

The woman sitting down is intially stunned and after a nice delay then decides to carefully floop down on the floor like she was cracked in the skull with a baseball bat. To top it off the counsel member starts spouting that she was hit in the eye.

I have to think that the "Victim" decided in a split second to play it up so that she could sue her.

UTTER BULLSHIT

they should have a reverse penalty for people like that. If you try to sue someone and it is determined that it is purposely fraudulent then the plaintive recieves the defendents intended verdict or punishment. Maybe then people would think twice.
