Anybody know what this is or what is going on? My first impression was something along the lines of parachute training, but it almost looks like he's holding a camera.

It's a guy in a parachute harness, hanging under a helicopter.
In the picture, he appears to be "dangling."

The helo is a Sud Aviation Alouette II.
