One for you Bill...

Did you see this banner and the story on Yahoo?

http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/blog/dr_saturday/post/Apparently-the-Big-12-South-will-be-decided-by-a?urn=ncaaf,126902

Thought you might get a kick out of it.

I think the banner is within the bounds of humor. Just if I had hired it, I would have tried to get something with more style than what appears to be the Cessna to tow it.

Yeah, but a Spitfire is experimental, so you couldn't make any money doing it.

Too bad TR's not flying yet. Would make the perfect tow plane for that sentiment (although the banner would be several magnatude larger). :)

fair

If you want to be fair, there is no way the Redneck Raiders deserve to win the conference. They can be scoreed a minus 14, that is they beat Texas by 6 and lost to Ok by 20. Texas would be a plus 4, they beat Ok by 10 and lost to Tech by 6. The dust bowl dudes would be plus 10, they beat Tech by 20 and lost to the glorious Loghorns by 10. Missouri was dominated by Texas until the last quarter and I don't think they have much chance against the Okies, either. The Mo defense is weak and their pass blocking isn't good enough to protect Daniel.

I agree with Norm Hichkiss here in DFW area - the situation was the team's own doings. They all screwed up and lost to each other, so the all equally don't deserve to be in the game, but someone from the South has to go and A&M & Baylor definitely don't deserve it (although I'm an Aggie fan, I know our team SUCKS :)).

I agree that the point differential is the best way to do it in this case and OU has the highest.
