Visited New Battery Peck, Fort Hancock, Sandy Hook, NJ last weekend.
Although cold and snow covered, did get to see the two 6'' guns restored and overlooking entrance
to NY Harbor. There are many different type gun emplacemants still remaining all over the fort.
Here is a look at the 6' guns.
