nagging phone calls from car warranty companies

Sun Apr 05, 2009 7:46 pm

on my verizon cell phone i get at least 3 or 4 calls a week reminding me that my extended warranty on my vw passat is set to expire. that has been since september 2008 when i paid the car off!!! i've asked to speak to supervisors on a number of occaisons & they said they would put me on a do not call list. well, that has been to no avail, & recently when i ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on me. you can't call back either, my phone calls won't go through, they are driving me crazy!!! it's harrassment! a number of other people i know are complaining about the same thing it's total :bs: what should i do??

FInd out where they are calling from, and then call the supervisor yourself. That might work.

Talk to them, act excited about getting a warranty, and when they ask you the mileage tell em 300,000 miles. Gets rid of them every time.

It's an annoying scam, all the are after is gullible person credit card number. Yuor better off just hanging up.
