Yes, could you imagine just how bad it would have been here if not for the global warming? Heck, it would have been like Nebraska.

The cabin shot looks pretty...

I am sick to death of SNOW! I am in NJ, and have around 24+ inches of "global warming" outside the door. I can't get over to my new(126 year old) house to do work absolutely essential to being able to move in, because the county has declared an emergency, and closed the roads. This is the second or third weekend in a row, fourth or fith this winter, and it is really bugging me!

Next guy who tries to tell me this is just a minor cold snap, and no proof global warming exists, is getting a fist in the mouth...

I haven't received it yet, I stand corrected. I guess it was changed so the IPCC, and the folks who believe it won't look like the morons they are if the "man-made" climate goes either way?

You are that sure it is happening? When I was studying this stuff the experts were sure we were entering an ice age.

I won't deny that the Earth may be warming, but the believers in anthropogenic global warming have a long way to go to make their case.

Heck, the Earth may also be cooling. Meteorological time is fast only when compared to geologic time when using Earthbound sciences.

The Earth likes to build mountains, weather destroys them and man only thinks he can affect either the planet or the weather.

I measured just before dark and had ten inches in some places just east of downtown Dallas.

Nope. I haven't made up my mind yet. But I'm not gonna say it's wrong until a LOT more scientists disavow it. Right now the numbers are by far on the climate change is true side of the argument. The only people I have been able to find who are naysayers are either amateurs at best, or right wingers out to score political points.

I won't try to change your mind, but climatologists are the folks in the know, and last time I looked it up, the majority of them were on the naysayer side. But they have to actually produce results for money while the other side gets its money from us whether we want to give it to them or not.
