Since people seem to think that the off-topic section is for political discussion, something that is frowned upon, I have temporarily closed the section. ANY political discussions in any other forum will be deleted and the user suspended. I have had it with the politically motivated comments.

If anyone is facing foreclosure on a mortgaged home, I just saw a program on this. If there is anyone interested, I'll try to give some info. And no, I am not offering money.
Two main points to avoid scams:
Don't pay any up front fees to any business that claims they can cure a default for you. It is probably a scam. There are non profits that offer advice.
And don't give you mortgage payment to any third party, only to the mortgage holder or their service branch. GET ANY CHANGES OR "forgiveness" IN WRITING. Such reset loans are rare and hard to get.
This is a serious subject, I ask that anyone who only has some wiseass answer to go to another topic, plenty of room on them.
