Since people seem to think that the off-topic section is for political discussion, something that is frowned upon, I have temporarily closed the section. ANY political discussions in any other forum will be deleted and the user suspended. I have had it with the politically motivated comments.

If politics are so frowned upon, why not just create a forum for politics that people can visit or not?

(1) Such forums already exist. If a group of wixers wants to talk politics, they could all agree to join some political forum and talk there.
(2) Why should Scott and the mods expend money and time supporting a political forum if they don't want to?
(3) Bad blood and incivility in the political forum would likely ruin relationships in the warbird forums.

I am also 100% for what the mods are doing. If you want to insult me do it to my face, not here with a computer screen protecting you. It's impossible to discuss politics without some dimwit calling the people on the other side communist or fascist, so why even go there? WIX is a much happier place without the drama.
