By gosh it is a WMD! And to think sneaky saddam had the stuff stockpiled in the Tigris river all along. Wait until the all powerful U.N. hears about this.

Well, the British thought so during WW-II, and sent the Lancasters to drop the "round" spinning bombs, remember? Their idea was to unleash kind of a mini-WMD down the road as it were. : )
