Hi,
Any guys out there survivors from the 60s Aviation Cadet Program ??.
I was at the civilian contract Base at Graham, Marianna, Fla. When the Base was closed in Dec. 60, we were moved to Moody AFB, Ga. where we graduated.

Not from the 60's but I was in 54G at Marianna FL from spring to fall 1952. Base had just re-opened a couple of months before we got there. Stopped by there in 1954 on the way to C-97 school at West Palm Beach and stopped again to see what was left there in the early 90's.

Finally, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Someone from Graham is alive and well !!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I didn´t hear the PA-18 story. When I went thru there we had only T-37s, T-28s and T-34s. ( Second half of 1960 ).
Keep Well and Prosper !!!!!!!!!!.

My father was in the class of 60D and flew T-34, T-37 and the T-33's. I do believe he was also at Graham. On a side note, back in '90 when i went to the EAA's Air Academy one of the guys in our group was Mr. Graham (the one the field was named after) grandson, which I thought was petty cool.
