Anyone have an idea of where this was taken? Aberdeen and Ft Eustis both say that the picture was not taken there.

It has a German 210mm Model 1913 railroad gun in front of the building.

I only vaguely remember a picture like that hanging somewhere on Fort Sill. Like maybe the PAO office or on the post commander's wall. I could well be wrong though. My memories of that period are sort of fuzzy...
