For a number of years there have been surveys of the employer that workers are happiest to work for. Southwest Airlines has been number one, the best workplace, but in the latest survey Southwest came in number two.

The top position was won by Facebook. They do have a lot of perks, even their own kitchen, with good food, not something that airlines are known for.
