Might be old news but last week while doing antrique car stuff in Indy, I met a Goodyear distributor who told me he just received a message form Goodyear HQ that they were getting rid of all blimp operations.

And there's a short item in the new AIR & SPACE about them designing a sleeker, faster blimp (like a blistering 57 MPH) ??? Who ya gonna believe? me or yo' lyin' eyes??

Maybe they are leasing the entire shebang including operations?

I wonder what will happen with the old blimps? Any museums interested? Would they sell them (not that I would buy one of course)?
