Ouch. I'd have to go waaaay darker on casting, and put some people in there with some acting chops up instead of straight action stars. My cast is a bit too old though
Reisman - I may get crucified, but I gotta go
Bruce Willis. For one, it gives him a chance to redeem himself for Harts War and Tears of the Sun. And you need someone who can convincingly be "in charge" of the cast.
Wladislaw -
Michael Madsen
Jefferson -
Ving Rhames
Franko -
Gary Oldman just because he's so transparent. He's been the bad guy in so many movies, but you never realize it's the same guy.
Jiminez -
Danny Trejo one of my favorite character acters, and it adds a much more convincing "condemned criminal" for the role that trini lopez. Trejo actually spent time in jail.
Maggot -
John Malkovich or
Billy Bob Thorton That's another tough one to cast.
Pinkley -
Steve Buscemi I wish i could find a better fit for this spot. You need someone that can play an idiot, not a individual of questionable judgement.
Posey - Maybe, Maybe Vin Diesel here, but you need someone that can tower over the cast.
But I'm sure that Hollywood will take over the casting and throw some disgusting names at it. I'm sure we'll get Travolta, Cage, and Dicaprio in there. I'll have to treat it like that "Pearl Harbor" movie that got canceled early in production and never made it to screen. I'm glad that never got released, because I heard they were gonna put Ben Affleck in it, and make the story really inaccurate and unrealistic.
