wow, I didn't even consider a Cessna, but yeah the tail certainly looks right. I think the rear fuselage section is too fat to be an L-19, but a 195, probably...

My guess is a L-19. Look at the spar in the one photo. The flaps and tail look similar in size to the C-170B I once owned.

C-195 has round wing tips, these are squared. I suggest it is an L-19.
