Some great shots. One plane many people may not give its due is that Bucker. I have one brief flight, but that is one of the best handling planes I have ever been it. If you ever get a chance jump at it.

Some trivia here about the Bucker Jungmann you referring to and some of my pix. The yellow airplane on my pictures is a Saab Safir. It's designed by the same dude as the Jungmann, A J Andersson. He worked for C C Bucker in Germany in the 1930's, designing the Jungmann, Jungmeister, Student and Cornett. Right before taking the last train back to his native Sweden before WWII, he also designed the Bucker Bestmann. Back in Sweden, he worked for Saab and based the design of the Safir entirely on the Bestmann.

All airplanes designed by A J Andersson are known for their extremely good handling. A friend of mine that like me have a couple of hundred hours in the Safir, had the opportunity to fly in a two seat Spit in England. Offcourse I asked him how it was. He just smiled and said "Imagine a Safir with 800 hp instead of 190 hp!". I guess that's a good statement about Spitfire! :D

A great thread - thanks for starting this one! Some stuff here to make me seriously jealous!

A couple by me last weekend, and T-6s at Reno by my wife and partner Birgitta:

Nothing too special in my collection, unfortunately every time I get in the air I never seem to have my camera with me.
