Anybody have a source for good overhead profile views or line drawings for the T33 and T6?
Working on a nesting analysis, how many warbirds can you fit in a ten pound "hangar"?

Might try the following:
T-6
blueprint
http://www.aviationshoppe.com/catalog/n ... p-102.html
www.airpages.ru/cgi-bin/pg2.pl?page=drawt6g
(other nice drawings here as well)
T-33
www.combataircraft.com/aircraft/tt33.asp
No dimension given, tho....Might try Jane's All the World's Aircraft for specs.

Kind of poor quality, but here's an overhead image of a T-6 I used for a nesting exercise of my own:

It'll get more dangerous when we ask you to ante up your fraction for the purchase and restock the beeridgerator regularly.

Paul, did I miss you in Wendover or what?? I am suddenly wondering about a certain plane that was in attendence and headed for a museum. . .
You would have loved it - 7 flying T-33s were here and they really ripped it up! awesome!

Sorry I missed it Tom. I had a work conflict and couldn't get the time off. Sounds like it was a blast. I'll get the debrief from Kay since a bunch of the T-33 owners were going to do a mind meld.

Tom,
That's too cool! What museum is RCAF #119/The Black Knight going to?

Nobody seemed to know - Nebraska somewhere - I'm afraid it will become a painted airplane and sit forever - I was told they just put $90K of new avionics and flight control work into as well
