1/48 Monogram P-51D

Bare metal foil was used to create this A/C.
It is my favorite paint scheme on a Mustang.

Very, very nice!!......In the late forties I remember my father collected cigarette package foil for a long time to cover his model. It was a balsa
stick model Mustang.

looks fantastic. You really made the most of a kit that isn't really the best. Looks better than my tamiya for sure.

Hey sarg nice model!! I was wondering if this is your first time using BMF? I want to try it on a P-38 48th scale and was wondering if you could supply a little info on technique and so on and so forth?
