State Armory Greeley, CO B-17...

Hello All-

I am in Greeley, Colorado, going to school. There is a bar in the area (The State Armory) that has a B-17 hanging from the ceiling. The fuselage is almost complete (no wings, no tailplanes). I was wondering what someone like me would need to do, other than purchasing the airframe, to get it out of this place! It would do much better, say, donating it's ball turret components to help restore the damaged Aluminum Overcast. What should I do? Is anyone interested in purchasing a B-17 fuselage?

Other than purchasing the airframe, you would need some weapons and a mask to get it out.

(...a good name for it?) If you missed the postings on Scott Thompson's site, this was supposedly an ex-movie studio bird used for cockpit shots. Now if you combined this with the ex-fallout shelter rear fuselage, you'd be halfway home...
