Hi all
I am a bit knackered to have to report that the sole Switzerland based P-51D, N51EA "Double Trouble Two" has been sold to the U.S. and will leave Switzerland in a container on 10th December 2004, destination Washington D.C.

Sorry to hear that SwissMustangs.... although, I must admit that I will be happy to see another mustang in my neighbourhood (sorry it's at your expense though). Incidentally, do you know to whom it was sold, or which field it will be based at?

I noticed that the Fighter Factory (in VA) now has a P-51D on it's website. Is this related?
Or did I miss something about them getting a P-51?
Looks like they now own it

The Fighter Factory site is showing "Double Trouble Two" as one of their flying aircraft, so it looks like Jerry Yagen is the new owner.
